FAQs
Do you have a cancellation policy for interpretation services?
Yes, you can cancel your interpretation appointment with us up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment for free. However, if you cancel within the 24-hour period, you are responsible for paying for the full price of the interpretation service for the amount of time reserved. Letspeak reserves the right to charge for a full day for late cancellations that come in for requests exceeding six hours. For jobs on a Monday, they must be cancelled 24 business hours before. For example, a 9:30 a.m. Monday job must be cancelled before 9:30 a.m. Friday for free cancellation to apply.
Do I have to pay before I receive the translation or after?
Letspeak requires payment before committing to deliver your certified translated document. When the document is ready for pickup, all you have to do is take delivery, whether that’s virtually or at our translation office in Downtown Fort Myers, FL.
Can I apply to be an interpreter or translator with Letspeak?
Yes! You can feel free to email us your resume and rates or reach out to us via LinkedIn. While we cannot guarantee consistent work, we can add you to our roster of available translators or interpreters for consideration when we receive requests. At this time, Letspeak does not have any in-house interpreters.
Does Letspeak do last-minute or same-day requests?
We sure do! If you’ve ever searched “translator near me,” you don’t need to go anywhere else. For translation, while we can’t guarantee same-day delivery (so many factors are involved, including the language, the length of the document, the availability of our translation team and more), there are many cases where we are able to deliver on the same day.
While interpreter services may be harder to secure on the same day, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible, especially for interpreter requests in Fort Myers, FL. In cases where we are unable to provide a same-day interpreter in person, we will likely be able to provide support virtually or through our on-demand phone interpreting service.
